Summer vacation, do I have to turn off my water filter?

These instructions only apply to those who have a reverse osmosis system with water tank. It is necessary if your absence lasts more than 2 days.

1. First of all, turn off the main water supply, turn the blue switch that leads to the red pipe. 
2. Remove the power supply.
3. Leave the tap open until the tank  is completely empty.

It is very important to collect the water in a basin, you can use it to water your plants, your garden or to wash something  than let it pour in your sink. 

• When you return from your vacation, connect the power supply and switch on the water supply of the machine.
• It will take about 30 minutes for the water tank to be filled completely.
