The water is the most significant element for every living organism, which factors in physical fitness as well as in human organs proper function.

The human body is composed of 60-70% water, by weight while it can reach up to 90% of the cells.

Particularly, the water:

(a) Covers most of every body cell. The human blood is composed of plasma and cells, of which 90% is water.

(b) Covers most of the circulatory and lymphatic system.  During the food and oxygen transport to cells, the unnecessary substances are removed.

(c) Cleanses the kidneys and removes any toxic substances.

(d) Keeps the body cool when the weather is hot; also, it insulates the body against cold.

(e) Maintains the joints’ lubrication.  During exercise, for the proper maintenance of the body’s physical condition, the water increases the number of calories and
helps the body from fluid retention.  The water hydrates, reduces the wrinkles, leaves the skin soft.
